The young man at the register was very polite but couldn't answer our question. We ended up speaking with Keith and he explained very nicely why the item should not be free. And then ended up comping the item anyway! Keith was extremely polite and cheerful, asking us many times what else he could get us to make sure we were happy with the service we were receiving. We got our food quickly with a friendly thank you and "my pleasure" from Keith. I assume Keith is a manager. I always say good service starts at the top. He is proof of that. We will definitely be back to the Auburn Hills location.

If they make a error (long wait, wrong sandwich, ECT) you can easily speak with the staff and they quickly resolve the matter and make sure they compensate. The staff is always friendly and the store and bathrooms are clean. It's normally pretty packed but not to the point it's overwhelming.
