I ordered a footlong from my favorites like I have probably 25 other times from other locations. The manager told me I needed to requested it to be warm and that's how they make it. I even showed her the description on the Subway web site. It says it is warm with melted cheeze. She told me that's now how we make it. Terrible way to talk to a customer!
