  Order online from here about once every couple months. Food is good most of the time. But every order they forget something or get something wrong. Advice: always order pickup so you can verify the order is correct in person. The only time they actually got my order right was the one time I picked up.

  I ordered six lemon pepper wings and four garlic Parmesan wings and a Sprite. First of all my Sprite came without a straw. How am I supposed to drink it without a straw and I got four lemon pepper and six Garlic Parm and I swear I don’t play about my lemon pepper wings. Do not get Wingstop from this place and they keep on hanging up on me when I try to call them and they were being very rude and kept on talking over me and hung up on Mid sentence these are the rudest workers I’ve ever met. How are you gonna blame it on DoorDash when you’re the one who gave me the wings and put my wings in my box and made my wings and made them wrong. Like, come on now. And they’re trying to give me a two dollar refund. I just paid $15 for this.

  Food was delicious, wait was hardly 10 minutes and it all came out fresh! Great staff, all very sweet!

  This has been my worst experience ever!!! I was scammed out of money for an order I never received. January 14th, 2026 I placed the order on their website and realized it was the wrong location. Due to it not being an option to cancel on my end I immediately called the store so they could cancel. The employee said he would and I'd have to wait two weeks for a refund. I waited the time frame and realized I never got my refund. I've called back several times about my refund and everyone said I had to speak to manager Angela. Here it is March 19th, 2026. I finally speak with Angela. Angela was extremely rude and hung up the phone in my face with little to none information. Yes this order was placed in January every blue moon when I driveby WingStop I remember and call about it. It's the principle I never received my food and called to cancel immediately before food was even cooked. And the way that the refund policy is handled is terrible. A simple cancel button online for customers would have prevented all this. I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to get a refund. Basically I payed for food for nothing.

  ordered online to pickup 1 hr and half ahead , went to the location , there was one guy working there, bunch of people waiting he was talking orders from walk ins . he told me mind would be 30 mints even though i order 1 and half ago. why take orders if you are by your self just close so people do not waste their time . been here before even if they have more people , they are all on the phones , orders still take too long. i would not recommend this place to anyone. i do not want to think about how clean this place might be since floors were sticky.
