When I told them I was there for pickup and gave my name, the person at the window was extremely rude. Instead of listening, he kept responding with “ahh… ahh…” in a sarcastic tone while I was repeating my name. There was another employee (a girl) who was actually trying to help me, but he kept interrupting and interfering in a very unprofessional way. It made the whole experience frustrating and uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell again.

After I had already taken a bite, I looked at the wrapper and noticed something that looked off. At first I thought it was spinach, but after looking closer, it was clearly mold. That is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I called the store to see how they were going to fix this, and all they told me was that the cheese was “fresh from last night.” That response is honestly frustrating and doesn’t address the fact that I was served moldy food. This is a serious health concern and should not be taken lightly.

Left hungry, at least they saved me from spending +$20 for a few crap tacos and helped me discover Chelas (hands down the best tacos in the area for the same price). I will never come back to this location.
