- AFAlex FarhaApr 2, 20261.0I don’t ever leave reviews. This is the second time in a row my order has been completely wrong. The only thing they got right was that they included bowls. The wrong toppings on the wrong items, both were missing meat. One of these was supposed to be for my kids. I order online and pick it up on my way home and I live 20 minutes away so it’s not like I can just bring it back. I don’t understand how you mess it up this bad TWICE. I’m a Qdoba fan but will not be back to this location.

I assume they were planning on closing up early again. Then when my boyfriend was having his food prepared the guy helping him informed him that he didn't even work at this restaurant he was just helping the girl who was clearly upset when we walked in. Was by far some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

As you can see from the receipt, the bowl was supposed to have fajita veggies, salsa, sour cream, etc. The bowl had cold chicken, a half scoop of rice, cheese that somehow didn’t melt at all, and a bunch of lettuce as a filler. You would think if they didn’t have something they at least would’ve let me know and asked if I wanted something different. Also this order was placed at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday and the store doesn’t close until 10 pm, so I see no reason that over half the items on the order weren’t prepped. If you order online make sure to check you get what you ordered before leaving. Will not be returning to this store.
