  I never write bad reviews but I truly need this to be seen by management because I’m too much of a coward to say it in person. I have a degree in nutrition and food science which gives me my knowledge on food safety and regulations. That being said. This is my first time inside. Usually we go through the drive through and the staff is so friendly and pleasant (shout out to the cat lady), no problems with food. What I want to share is, how utterly disgusting and dirty this restaurant is. I don’t mean this to exaggerate, it’s the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The glass doors walking in got me but looked past. But what I couldn’t get past is the sheer amount of crumbs, hair, dirt everywhere. At the POS, at the garbage cans. The sanibucket was sat on top of basically food waste. All of the chairs were dirty both on the seat and all of the legs with crap and stains. Crumbs all of the drink station. Crumbs all over the baked goods display case. Food in the pick up shelves. Dust and crap (I’d say the s word but trying to keep it in) all over the floor and the hand sanitizer. Bathrooms even worse, missing electrical covers with paper towel stuffed in. Dirt and grime literally everywhere. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. After writing this review I will be contacting the health department.

  We came to this location for a quick breakfast stop and a large group order (placed the night before). Our order was 100% correct, the food was hot, everything was labeled so we could hand it out, and the restaurant was clean, staff were friendly! Thank you!

  Slow to fulfill order (well past the suggested competition time in their website). Even then I saw what turned out to be my food sit on the counter. I had to ask why my food was not ready yet and they grabbed the bag of food food to tell me a basket item was out of stock and that I should pick a replacement. Never called my name so who knows how long I'd have waited. All this aside, Panera is so far past the old notion of being an "every day oasis" it's truly unpleasant to visit. This location is like a stale cafeteria hall - tall ceilings, rows of cheap tables, cold and uninviting. The bakery section is tiny these days so I'm guessing most of the food isn't baked on site anymore. Old favorites are doused in icing for no reason or inferior quality bread and eggs are used. Not a place I'd come to do work at anymore.

  The food is usually pretty high quality but God forbid you actually want your order delivered on time. Plan for it to be at least an hour late. This has happened to me more than once from this location. Scheduled delivery between 620-630a and it says it won't be here until 715a. Ridiculous. Management can usually have a worker driven it out but you will have to call
