  Waited 30 minutes for our drive thru breakfast order. When we finally received it, the order wasn't correct. Save your self the trouble, Don't ever go during the last 30 minutes of breakfast service. We have had nothing but issues when we go towards the end of breakfast. We wont make that mistake ever again.

  So gross I may never eat McDonalds again. We stopped here on a road trip to use the restroom and pick up lunch. It was a little before noon on April 3, 2026. The men's bathroom was so dirty an older man slipped on urine and almost fell. There was vomit in the women's restroom. In the dining area, a worker sat alone at a table loudly blaring a video on her phone. We left before ordering.

  so slow. It has been 3 times I waited over 30 mins for a single meal order. Do not understand what takes so long. If u have other choice go elsewhere instead of wasting time here.

  The last 2 times I have been here I have waited for more than 20 minutes after being told to park to the side at the drive through. Slowest McDonald’s experience in my 45 years. Twice in a row a week apart. The first time they never brought my food out and I found it on the counter. I no longer think it was a fluke. It’s management.

  This was by far one of the worst service experiences I have ever had at any McDonald’s. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk (Order #973). After paying, I waited at my table for my number to be called. After 30 minutes, nothing happened. When I checked the pickup screen, my order number was not even in the system. I brought this to the staff’s attention, and after looking at my receipt, they told me they would make it immediately. I then waited near the counter — another 30 minutes passed, and still nothing was prepared. When I tried to politely follow up, I was treated extremely poorly. An older white female employee rudely and aggressively told me to leave the counter area. When I explained that I had already been waiting for an hour and simply wanted to know how much longer it would take, she refused to provide any explanation and instead threatened that if I did not step away, I would “get nothing.” This is completely unacceptable behavior in any customer service setting. Only after speaking to another employee did I eventually receive my order — after waiting a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes for fast food. Let that sink in: nearly two hours for a basic order, combined with rude, dismissive, and threatening treatment from staff. This reflects extremely poor management, lack of organization, and a complete disregard for customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you are prepared for long delays and unprofessional service. I will not be returning.
