  I literally just walked into this McDonald's 5 minutes ago and IMMEDIATELY noped it right out of there. There was one customer in the store and nobody was in line at the drive-thru. This store was disgusting! Every table was trashed like they'd had a monster crowd just in. I audibly gasped and looked over at the register to see if anyone was even there. There was one person with his back facing me, actively playing on his phone, completely ignoring us. There was zero pride in this restaurant. I am so completly disgusted and disappointed with this experience.

  apparently grilling the burgers was already too much effort, Ice cold and not even half ass attempt to put the sandwich together or wrap. literally uncooked fries. Disgusting! Ordered at 10:30 pm on April 2, whoever is working the line needs to find a new job. Service isn't it.

  March 31st around 7 pm, ordered a double filet o fish, double bacon quarter pounder with cheese, and a caramel iced coffee. Quarter pounder was extremely dry, bland, and flat, completely different from what it was in previous visits. The double filet o fish was missing a fish patty, lacking the normal amount of tartar sauce, and was extremely dry and again, bland. When I went up to the front to ask for the second fish patty, one staff member at the front made eye contact and proceeded to walk away. Another bagging orders at the front completely ignored me for over 7 minutes despite saying “excuse me sir” several times. Finally, the caramel iced coffee was also tastes completely different from every one I’ve ordered through the last 3 years, I didn’t even bother mentioning it as previous service was already absolutely horrible and I needed to be somewhere. This store used to be great but in my last three visits the quality of food and service has been atrocious and I will be finding a new location to visit. We were the only customers in the entire store and there were maybe 4-5 drive through/pickup orders.

  Check your receipts!! They are stealing from you!! My total came to $11.73. I paid the girl at the window $15 and got back $3.25 in change. This location shorted me 2 cents saying that they rounded my total because they don't use pennies despite me seeing a slot full of pennies in their drawer. A manager I assume came to the drive thru window and told me that they dont use pennies. I asked for my money back because if they do this, it makes me wonder what else they are doing to shortchange their customers without telling them. After pressing the issue, I was given the 2 cents from the drawer. There was no sign or any indication letting the consumer know that they do this. Sure 2 cents isn't much but to seniors or those on a fixed income, it does matter.

  Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Everything we ordered was not cooked properly. The dude working the window also made fun of my buddy speech impediment by repeating what he said back to him like he's special ed. That dude in the stupid sunglasses when its a cloudy cold day should be fired an never be able to work or deal with customers again. This hole place just needs a hole new staff an management
