  Always slow at the drive thru. 5-10mins on off hours and 30+ minutes at lunch.

  Fantastic restaurant we ate sandwiches and spoke with the kids about basketball and the idea that hard work wins even when things aren't going to great.

  Plenty of better subs place then this one with faster service with a smile....I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John’s. The service was terrible from start to finish. The drive-thru wait time was over 30 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of going somewhere that advertises “freaky fast” service. There was no sense of urgency at all. When I finally got my order, the food quality was just as bad as the service. The sandwich was sloppily made, ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and it honestly felt like no care went into preparing it. For the prices they charge, I expect much better. What bothered me most was the attitude — no apology for the long wait, no acknowledgment of the delay, and no effort to make things right. It felt like they simply didn’t care. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely can’t recommend this location to anyone expecting decent service or quality food.

  The drive thru is a trap. I've been stuck here for 14 minutes now and there isn't a way to get out. They make it so you can't get out if they are taking forever on the order 2 cars ahead and you can't back out.
