We stopped by for fries and 2 drinks. The fries were oily and horrible. The drink was totally carbonated.

Excellent service! Very quick to fix the promo code debacle. Phil was phenomenal! I will be coming back because every there had a good attitude, very efficient, and very friendly. I never feel unwelcomed walking thorough that door.

Ok, so I have eaten here in the past once before and had a good experience, but I had a frustrating time today. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, pickles, and grilled onions; the thing came out without bacon, with mushrooms, ketchup, mustard, tomatoes, and lettuce in addition to what I had ordered. Bacon costs $2 extra, so that money just vanished into the ether, and the thing was cold as ice as well.
The associates were arguing when I came in, and that should have been a red flag. They were arguing about how they messed up a previous order, which was another red flag. I am fairly sure they just gave me the order that they messed up already, which is ridiculous.
In defense of this location, one associate did give me a new bun when I asked because mine was soaked in condiments and toppings that I did not and would not order on my burger and offered to remake it for me.
Still, the end result was that I paid $20 plus a tip to end up unsatisfied, picking the wrong condiments off of a burger. It is going to be at least a year before I chance another Five Guys, likely 2, maybe never. The cost-benefit just doesn't make sense with the food I received and the price I paid. If I wanted burger disappointment, I would have gone to the McDonald's on Zeeb, and at least that would have had bacon on it.
Shout out to the guy who helped try and set me right with a new burger and to the random employment lawyer that gave me some interesting, if unsolicited, advice on my ongoing career search.

I was here around 6pm on Wednesday. The place was filthy, the service was horrible, the manager was absolutely rude, the price is ridiculous, you dont really even get a meal without paying over $20. Not recommend this place.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!
How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
