Lobby is closed due to short staffing which I understand, but carry out and dine in are useless yet still enabled. No work around to help service mobile orders, so it's as if they are pure drive thru. Ordering ahead gives no benefit, as you are forced to wait through a congested drive-thru anyway. The food isn't even made ahead of your arrival, as carry out advertises, so even if you do get through the speaker, you're likely waiting an extra 15 minutes for them to finish the food. Staff is unapologetic, and the location has been on the decline as is. You'd get more timely service driving down to the excellent location off US-12 in Saline. Never returning.
