However, this time, we had ordered a baked potato, and we found a screw inside of it. Luckily, my partner felt it before consuming it, but it could’ve ended poorly. I usually wouldn’t leave this as a review, but when I tried to call customer service I got ghosted. Be careful ordering the baked potato, just in case there’s others that got messed up.

I think their food is fine. It seems like it's among the highest quality of any of the national chains, but something about the blend of meat they use for their hamburger just doesn't appeal to me. This location seems quite well run. If I ever decide to go back, this would be a good location to go to.

- AVAlly La ValleeDec 19, 20251.0I’m not sure what’s going on with fast food workers, I’ve worked in the food industry as well, but they seem to be getting more and more incompetent and it’s ALWAYS at Wendy’s locations. Why do I repeat my meal size THREE times and still get the wrong size? And why is nobody wearing food grade gloves? And why do we not get the sauce we asked for? Like this is not rocket science, you are not performing brain surgery, you are putting chicken nuggets in a cardboard container and pressing a button to fill a cup. It takes zero brain power, so why are orders still so consistently wrong? “I only charged you for a medium”, but I ordered a large….so charging me for a medium doesn’t matter because the MEAL IS STILL WRONG?! I won’t be back to this location, maybe Wendy’s needs a break or a revamp, or maybe their time in business just needs to be over, idk.

There were people inside laughing at this poor old person trying to get in, they almost fell walking back to their car, when I tried the doors, locked. Idiots, learn customer service, stop being lazy, your job is EASY. Would rate 0 if I could, Wendys is Terrible.
