He somehow heard me say chocolate banana smoothies. When he gave them to me I told him that it's not what I ordered. He proceeded to tell me that I told him that I wanted chocolate banana smoothies. I told him that I know what I ordered and not to tell me what I said. He replied saying "don't tell me what I heard. I know you said chocolate banana"... WHAT?! I told him I was going to report him to his higher ups and he said he didn't care....Very well. I also told him that I was a veteran when I ordered to receive my veteran discount. He said okay but didn't give me my discount which I didn't even say anything about.
