- EEEmily Enderby2 days ago1.0I’m not one to ever leave poor reviews for restaurants, but this location really disappointed me today. One of the workers accidentally gave my smoothie to another customer. The customer started drinking from the smoothie before the worker ran out to grab the smoothie back from the customer. I then watched the worker take my smoothie to the back, change the lid, and bring it out to me. I could still see the straw marks where the other customer had been drinking the smoothie. I told the worker that another customer had been drinking from this smoothie, and she said “well we changed the lid.” I told her that the drink still had another person’s backwash in it, and she said “okay, we will remake it”. They gave me a new smoothie, but did not offer to refund me or apologize. I’m lucky that I was able to watch the whole interaction occur, or else I would have been unknowingly served someone else’s smoothie backwash. I don’t even know if I can trust the “new” smoothie they gave me. I’m incredibly disappointed. Please stay away from this location if you are immunocompromised or just don’t want a random stranger’s germs in your drink.
