  The owner of the franchise is completely unprofessional. The owner will hang up on you and require you to reach out to door dash even though ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app. Take your money literally any other place.

  ### Disappointing Experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe – Unreliable and Unresponsive I was looking forward to a fresh start to my day with a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but this location completely dropped the ball on basic reliability. They post an 8 AM opening time, so I placed my online order at 9:10 AM for pickup, figuring plenty of buffer. By the time I arrived at 9:30 AM – a full hour and a half past opening – the doors were still locked, lights off, and no one inside. Worse, they processed my payment instantly through their app but haven't issued a refund despite the clear impossibility of fulfilling the order. I've sent follow-ups via email and their support form, but crickets so far. It's maddening to have your money tied up with zero accountability. The only saving grace was the lone employee shivering outside in the chilly October morning, doing their best to manage a line of frustrated customers. They explained that the opener simply never showed up, leaving them stranded without keys or access. Kudos to them for the transparency and professionalism amid the chaos – they shouldn't have been put in that position. Tropical Smoothie Cafe, if you're going to tout early hours and seamless online ordering, back it up with actual operations and quick resolutions. This level of disorganization isn't just a minor hiccup; it's a trust-breaker. 1 star for that employee's effort; otherwise, it's a hard pass. Steer clear until they fix their staffing and communication issues.

  Good smoothie place! Decent quality smoothies, though feels slightly expensive for what you get.
