Food is always fine, just Taco Bell but it's exactly what you want sometimes. The biggest problem with this place is the drive-thru service. There is always an issue with whomever they have staffing the window/taking orders. Most recent visit the guy didn't speak English and it went terribly.

Went to this Taco Bell last night through the drive through, and it was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. My partner and I ordered 5 items and paid $39.47 and what we received was old food and empty crunchwraps. We ordered a cantina chicken burrito with double meat, and not only was there no extra meat in the burrito but the little meat that was in it was so dry and old that it was crunchy. The two crunchwraps we received were almost completely empty and the fries were ice cold in the middle. On top of the terrible food, the service was absolutely deplorable. The tall man working the window and speaker box audibly sighed when I asked him for the ingredients in a Crunchwrap. The attitude coming from an adult in this field is uncalled for and unprofessional. I’d will avoid this place permanently and I’d advise anyone else to do the same. I’ve tried to call and speak with someone but they answer and hang up the phone.

I used to think the taco bell on Plymouth was the worst in ann arbor. Now I firmly believe it's this one. "Management" team is woefully inadequate. "Manager" wears a disgusting shirt and is just completely sad and unqualified. Entire night team needs to be fired. It's embarrassing these people are allowed to be in restaurants. Had to wait an hour for 5 food items, kept being told I was next. The entire time I had to listen to wildly inappropriate commentary from the crew who were constantly arguing, swearing, and using racially insensitive terms.

Honestly not sure why I keep coming here, every time there is something wrong. This location has been pretty bad ever since COVID and at a certain point I can't keep believing it's just understaffed. I made an online order to try the Y2K items and specifically for the empanada and they forgot it entirely (I was still charged.) I tried again a while later and ordered at the Kiosk in store during a non busy time, waited over 20+ minutes in a pretty empty store alongside another angry waiting customer, someone who was presumably a manager berating staff, and an upset staff member complaining about management, for my order of a single luxe box and empanada, and all of the food came out cold somehow after all that time. I went again today for a luxe box and aqua refresca ordered online ahead of time. The food was not ready until 10 minutes after the app told me it would be and the aqua refresca didn't even have any fruit in it, one of the main draws of the beverage. AND THE FOOD WAS ALL COLD YET AGAIN OTHER THAN 1 ITEM. At least the renovations made the exterior and interior look and function better but if you thought the service would improve as well you are dead wrong.
