Big Taco Bell fan for decades. This one is terrible. No one at the counter. Angry customers waiting forever for simple orders. Is there an adult in the room? Bad way to run a business. Deeply disappointed.

Waited 30 mins for my food the first time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again... 30 mins. You ever seen zootopia? Remember dash at the dmv? thats what it was like watching these guys make tacos. I watched the one guy, who was very clearly high out of his mind, wrap the same taco 4 times. Im surprised he could even see what he was doing with his eyes being almost closed. I dont even think you could call this place slow food. That would be giving them too much credit. Ended up refunding my order and getting jets next door. I even beat the people that stayed to wait for their food.

Waited an hour and a half and ended up getting a refund. It’s actually mental that I had to wait that long when there were 6 workers and all of them seemed to be working. As a service worker myself I understand the struggle but it’s crazy that it took almost an hour and a half and some were waiting 2 hours. They were all very nice and were very willing to give me a refund, so it makes me wonder if this to corporates fault. Hungry and upset, I will never come back here (late night at least).

This place deserves the corporate death sentence. No one should ever eat here, nor deliver for this place; and the staff should never work anywhere that requires a moment of human interaction again. I have been here on hundreds of deliveries at all hours of the day and the experience is always the same–angry customers and app drivers, hour plus waits for food that somehow is cold immediately upon serving, missing items are the rule, unlabeled bags that sit for ages before they are called out, deliveries given out unsealed, music selections that give you whiplash as you're thrown from death metal to bluegrass to trap, overcrowding, not enough seating, not enough parking, and a drive thru line that will leave in-store customers trapped in their car for stunning lengths of time as it stretches beyond the available parking. Everything you could think to complain about and more feature here. The worst part is that it's almost impossible to get staff to speak to you, and would take a covenant with the devil himself to convince them to look up if they have an order or not, so you just wait for ages for orders that sometimes never get made. They probably issue as many refunds as they take in revenue. I cannot emphasize enough how much anyone should order from any other Taco Bell.
