I ordered a two chicken Chalupa Supreme combo online, swapped in a chicken soft taco supreme for the hardshell taco, and finished the order with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with chicken. You'd think having meticulously filled out the order on the website and going to the restaurant a good 15 minutes later, it would have given the workers enough time to ensure that the food was accurate to the letter and ready for pickup. Upon arriving to the drive-thru window, I had to wait a good few minutes for my food, so I'm going to assume the order was haphazardly started when it was announced that I had come to pick it up based on what comes next in this review, because it's the only explanation that makes sense to me. My soft taco was accurate, if a mite skimpy on the filling, and that's the most positive this review is going to get, because with every subsequent item that I opened, I saw that my order was more wrong than it had ever been before: My two Chalupas, on top of being meagerly filled and having hardly any sour cream, were missing the tomatoes one would expect in a supreme, and the Cheesy Gordita Crunch was not only missing the signature sauce, but was filled with beef when I asked for chicken -- in addition to looking like someone had sat on it prior to serving it to me. I cannot fathom how it's possible to get an order that is so plainly spelled out to you as wrong as this without it being due to the type of laziness that I theorized my order fell victim to, but I am so deeply dissatisfied with how my latest visit to this franchise turned out that I cannot recommend it anymore. Having one incompetent Taco Bell in the Ann Arbor area is sad; having two is just downright shameful, and both franchisees actually need to take things seriously if they want to stick around here. Taco Bell may not be fine dining, but people come back because they can reliably get what they ask for made correctly and in a timely manner, which is not something I can say about this location or the one on Stadium.

I ordered two burritos and a nacho fry through the app. Placed it for pickup in the drive thru, but I went inside instead. Even though I know you can still access it because I used to work at Taco Bell, one of the employees had an attitude with me and said, “You made a mistake and put it as drive-thru instead.” as he handed me my food. So clearly you figured it out. Grilled cheese burrito was disgusting, the first few bites consisted of nacho cheese and poorly tasting rice only. They didn’t fold correctly. All of the beef was at the bottom, I ordered easy and got extra. Never got the crunchy tortilla strips in it either. TB employees are notorious for messing w your food on purpose so I was super nice. Def won’t come back here that’s for sure. Damn, my store was ran sooo much better. Standards are low

Orders were received out of order, as I saw some customers who placed orders later than me get their foods first. There were lots of customers, but waiting for 50 MIN in a fast food restaurant is NOWHERE else EVER, EVER to see in the world. As a busy student studying for finals, I should absolutely NOT have gone there for dinner!

The food here is always pretty good, but I was bummed when it appeared that I had to place my order at the drive-through speaker by speaking to a generative AI model. Half the reason I go somewhere on my lunch break is to go touch grass, so why take the person out of the experience?
