- TCTenishia CrawfordMay 4, 20251.0I’d give 0 stars if I could! Placed an order through the Subway app, arrived less than 5 minutes later. The store was closed and obviously had been for some time. Couldn’t cancel my order in the app because it was “in progress” required contacting the store. I have attempted to contact the store both via phone and in person. They never answer the phone and the manager is NEVER in. I’ve attempted to contact corporate but they make it impossible to speak to anyone. I’ve communicated through messenger and still nothing. They basically stole my money!! I hope the $12 was worth the loss they’ll take from future sales.
- JHJ HillMay 6, 20191.0Got a fountain cup, coke was broken, was "too complicated" to refund my card and no way to charge me the 30 cents more to get a bottle of coke as i only had card. Waive the 30 cents, let me have the bottle and ill be happy and come back, now for 30 cents ill never go there again.
