  I just want to recognize Kristina (or was it Christina?). She gave me the best service I have experienced at a Subway, best service I have experienced at a fast food place for decades. I had several requests and she was glad to assist. She even asked if I approved of her style in performing my requests (extra toast on the bun, toppings, etc). She was super pleasant, patient and seemed happy to do her part. That is so rare nowadays. Thank you, Kristina. You made my day.

  Employee is very arrogant. There’s a blonde hair in the sandwich. They refuse to make another sandwich until you bring the old one back. That disgusting sandwich is in the trash! Are these disgusting pictures not enough to show your fault? Is it that hard to admit your mistake, or to simply say sorry? This lady used mandating tone and made no apologies. I cannot imagine how this lady even got a job here.

  So I got a BLT, simple right? But instead of getting a BLT I got just B on bread. After a call to the manager, not only were they disrespectful but they stated, "people normally do not want lettuce and tomato on their BLT, we assumed you didn't want that either. Next time tell us that you want lettuce and tomatoes on your BLT" ............... it's the namesake....it's three ingredients on bread........simply do not go there.

  Food and service is good, but there seems to be regular shrinkflation. The prices keep going up and the amount of ingredients in the sandwich get leaner. My last sandwich felt like it was 60% the bread.

  Good food, and the reason I give 3 stars is because it took 30 making line because at lunch time they got only 1 person attending. Now I order online 30 min ahead so I don't have to spend 30 making line.
