Tonight my fiance and I ordered for delivery just two simple bowls. Got delivered, but it was one burrito and one bowl, both with ingredients that were way off. Okay, mistakes happen, so my fiance orders for pickup and makes sure to mention the previous order delivered was not correct. The second go around the order is incorrect again, so my fiance comes in again to see what’s going on and get the correct order finally. The “manager” is hiding in the back with other employees as he sends one of his employees to deal with it and to say he can either get a refund or his meal. At this point you messed it up and made him come back twice, so this shouldn’t be a debate if you know about good customer service. Mind you, it was a slow night they were not busy. We won’t be giving this location business again. Shoutout to the Main Street Qdoba though they always deliver! The Washtenaw location could learn something from them.

Inattentive staff doesn’t usually bother me, though it does when the food is clearly not warm/fresh. Even more so when I am Given a bag of chips that have been cooked in rancid oil. The smell was an intense cleaning spray smell, with the taste being much the same.
