- NLNicholas LipinskiNov 3, 20251.0Have been eating here every week for the past 3 semesters and have noticed a considerable decline in the quality of customer service. Was recently faced with a rude cashier that would not take accountability for her mistake and would talk back to me in addition to messing up my order. The past three times I have been here they have not given me the correct modifications to my order which I pay $4 extra…might seem like not a huge deal but when this is occurring time and time again it feels like I am getting cheated out and served by lazy and careless workers. Really disappointed to see the quality of this location decline to this extent. The managers are understanding but do not offer anything for the inconveniences. Don’t eat here there’s much better cheaper and tastier options for better value in the union like Panda Express.

Every time I go, I find myself enjoying something new and flavorful. On top of that, the service is excellent. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help, which makes the visit even better.
