  No one working hardly and very slow service. Ordered a Mac and cheese and it took 35 minutes. I could have gone to a sit down by the time I get food.

  Honestly incredibly slow service even though I ordered soup and a bagel. Which apparently the bagel is premade since they said they couldn't adjust the amount of cream cheese to be less than normal. For 2 premade items, you'd think it would take less time!

  I love this location! The girl in the morning at the front counter. I wish I could temper her name she’s a beautiful girl with black burly hair and glasses. She’s so attentive and kind. The manager he’s absolutely amazing too.

  I’ve had consistently bad experiences at this Panera Bread location, mainly due to how poorly it seems to be staffed and managed. Every time I come in, they are clearly short-staffed and running behind. Orders take much longer than they should, and the same employees are always there trying to handle everything at once. It’s obvious they’re overworked and stretched way too thin. What really shocked me was witnessing an employee pass out and have a seizure while working. That was extremely upsetting to see and made it clear just how overwhelmed and unsupported the staff are. No one should be pushed to that point at their workplace. This location needs better management and staffing support. The workers seem to be doing their best under very stressful conditions, but the lack of support is hurting both employees and customers. Until serious changes are made, I can’t recommend this location.

  Honestly I will say, I will now be checking my bag after I get my food, but 100%, by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food. After a long day at school and work, I order a simple BLT and Bacon Mac n Cheese bread bowl. Three people order after me, all three get there food before me… I ended up waiting 19 minutes at 7:40pm barely anyone in the store, My name gets finally called, and they call me Christina. I wish I was making this up! My name is Christian. I live 25 minutes away and it’s already 8:20pm. I get home and they forgot the entire Mac n Cheese. Took them 20 minutes to mess my order up. I talk on the phone with a manger and politely ask if there is anyway I can come in the morning on my way into work. He tells me I have to come tonight before they close to have it remade. I honestly can’t believe I drove back, I get there and I wait an additional 8 minutes, they didn’t even have it ready, and no issued apology. Safe to say there is zero chance I will ever step foot in there again good lord.
