    Excellent care and atmosphere. Very friendly staff attending the registers & dining room. Clear & consistent level of cleanliness with food and surfaces. Clean bathroom also

    I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this location after today and would recommend others do the same. I go to this branch as it's on my commute but 6 of my last 13 orders have just been wrong. They do not pay attention to order details; normal egg instead of egg white, wrong cheese, wrong bun, missing protein, etc. I call every time for them to process a refund and while Kim has done it begrudgingly, she has gotten increasingly snappier and more inquisitive each time. Getting disrespected after getting the wrong order THIS MANY TIMES is insane to me.

    I don’t know if it’s because Panera isn’t making their breads fresh in stores or not or what. But the past 2 times i’ve gotten bagels from this location they are not good. They taste almost raw or undercooked. The taste is completely different than usual. Also some of the staff here is so rude. I was served cold mac n cheese so I went to the counter to address it. The girl snapped at me and told me to go and use the microwave. Love Panera, not a big fan of this location.
