  Unfortunately had a poor experience at this Panera location...when we sat down our table still had stains and marks on it so we cleaned it ourselves with a wipe. My salad had the wrong dressing on it, the soup portions were less than half of the bowl (for both of us), and my friend received the wrong soup entirely. My spoon was dirty and his fork was dirty. There was no decaf coffee at all so I reluctantly settled for tea, but the hot water (pictured) tasted like old dirty coffee grounds because they must have previously used the thermos for coffee (you can even see the water is slightly tinted in color and has a few grounds in it). I'd recommend that the manager steps in and helps the staff...they are probably overworked and underpaid.

  I used to be a every other day customer at Panera... until two days ago....two days ago I went to panera bread and I was filling my cup with the lemonade I just bought and a manager asked me if I was the one who made a mess all over the table and to clean it up and I said I wasn't but I would clean it up regardless he thanked me and walked away...I didn't think any thing of it until today...and I decided to warn everyone not to go to the panera bread by arborland between barnes and noble and whole foods...if you do end up still going there after reading this be prepared to be asked to clean up someone else's mess

  I saw a manager drop someones food pick it up blow on it and serve it... please if you have any self respect do not eat here! 0 out of 5 stars

  I was a customer and I fell asleep for a second and the manager put his disgusting hands on me and tried to shake me awake... unacceptable you are not to put your hands on a customer... completely una8

  My food was served uncooked. I came in to study, I've been very busy this week and didn't have time to put up with this. I ordered my food and it didn't take long for it to be done that was great. however my Mac and cheese was watery and not even cooked. my bread was stale. and overall a disgusting experience. when I went up to the counter I was told "I can't take it back but there's a microwave right there." I spent a good 38 dollars on unedible food. do not eat here.
