Bad service. The server forgot our drinks even tho we told her co-worker, she never mention or apologize. Asked for San Pellegrino and she bought an open bottle refilled with club soda. Food was ok but she never came back to check if anything is needed. It was our first visit and will be the last.

Server was very nice and attentive! Food was delicious and had enough leftover for a second meal.

What a shame. Coming here used to be such a joy. The chicken and shrimp pasta was genuinely some of the worst food I've ever had - grossly undercooked pasta and unbelievably dry. The Bloomin onion's still good though. Dirty floors covered in straw wrappings, slimy silverware, really setting an unprecedented example of how to care less than ever.

My expectations for this restaurant were higher than what was ultimately delivered. I ordered a medium-well sirloin with coconut shrimp, a loaded baked potato, and a house salad without tomatoes. Unfortunately, the sirloin was cooked well beyond medium-well to the point that it was extremely tough and difficult to eat. The coconut shrimp also tasted off, and the only satisfactory part of the meal was the baked potato. Others at my table had similar issues, receiving steaks that were either undercooked or overcooked to the point of being hard to chew. While the food was disappointing, the service was a bright spot. The servers were kind and attentive, though there were occasional lapses such as forgotten items and delays in clearing appetizer plates. Additionally, the seating arrangement felt overly cramped, making it difficult to move around the restaurant comfortably. Overall, for an establishment that identifies itself as a steakhouse, the inability to consistently cook steaks to the requested temperature was a significant letdown.
