My BEC griddle had no egg, kitchen put a sausage on instead because it was near the end of breakfast and nobody wanted to make eggs. I come back 2 hours later for a replacement sandwich of equal value, a mccrispy deluxe no tomato, but my sandwich has tomato. Basically, they stick their “no tomato” sticker on the first box they see and give it to me. This was someone else’s sandwich. This mcdonalds is sloppy.

The prices are higher and the portions are smaller. The employees have no sense of urgency. They don't talk to you or even acknowledge that you are there waiting. It's a disaster.

It will take forever! Drank my venti Carmel macchiato in the line and still didn’t get my food as yet 🤦🏼♀️ been to this McDonald many times due to it being the closest and inside and drive thru and watching paint dry was quicker and less painful ….honest review. Terrible customer service also.. 😩😩🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️😣😣
