I ordered a sub chips and coke. It cost over $20 and this was what I got. A piece of bread, slice of turkey, chips and drink. JJ really sucks

Very nice Jimmy John's location in a large strip mall. Fast and efficient. Easy to get in and out of the mall.

My delivery service from JJ was a horrible. I placed JJ9028 at the JJ’s on Plymouth Rd in Ann Arbor at 6:02 pm. Your app said it was ready at 6:08 pm. It didn’t leave your store until 6:50 pm. The UBER driver delivered at 7:26 pm. Plus, he forgot to bring my drink, which he returned to his car to find. One sandwich and a drink for $22.14 and a $5 tip delivered ONE HOUR AND 24 MINUTES LATER. I expected a delivery from JJ not Uber. You should not allow an UBER driver to pick up multiple orders that delays delivery. This is unforgivable.

I just left this location after requesting a refund. I walked in (there were no customers in store) and ordered 4 combos. Spent $68. After I paid, an employee next door came in and ordered and paid for his meal. About 2 mins later he was handed his sandwich by the ONE guy making the food. I thought it was odd, but I still waited. Another customer walked in and ordered one sandwich with a drink. He walked to the soda machine to make his drink and about 3 mins later the young lady called his order. She briefly looked at me and looked back to see (I’m assuming) if my order was next. Keep in mind there’s one guy making food so that means he stopped my order to make others. I asked for a refund and will not be returning.

In the past, I loved ordering delivery from this location because they were one of the only places in town that actually had their own delivery staff. It was fantastic; the food would consistently show up 10-15 minutes after I ordered (and I live at least a 5 minute drive away!), the order was always correct and not missing anything, and I felt morally okay about doing so because I left the delivery driver a tip on top of knowing they had benefits from Jimmy Johns. Recently, it seems that this location has unfortunately swapped to using Uber as their delivery provider, meaning that deliveries now take at least 30 minutes, sometimes an hour, and even if you leave a tip for the driver, it's still not ethical using the service because Uber doesn't pay their gig workers a fair wage with benefits. I really hope the franchise owner changes their mind on this decision, but until they do so, be forewarned if you're expecting their delivery (arguably what JJ's is largely known for!) to be up to its historic quality :(
