  They gave me the complete wrong sandwich. I was taking it home to eat so I didn't see it till I had already left so there was no fixing it. I got a BLT and was given something else that I didn't order. I think this is not great service. The sandwich was still good but not what I payed for.

  I don’t often write reviews for places, but this Jimmy John’s is the best! I live out of town and work here in Ann Arbor. I have a jimmy John’s close to my home that I rarely go to because the staff is often not very friendly and my food takes forever. But the staff at this Jimmy John’s on Zeeb Road is AMAZING! I just came in on a lunch break and literally every single worker today had the best attitude, were all extremely kind, accommodating and efficient. Every person that walked in with me was greeted with such kindness and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be taking care of their customers. It was a quick experience that left a good mark on my work day and this staff should be recognized for it! Thank you guys I will be returning!
