I ordered catering from Chipotle Mexican Grill at 2295 W Stadium Blvd, Ann Arbor and was very disappointed. The tortillas they gave us were expired, which is unacceptable. We only noticed because they came in the original packaging with the date printed on it — customers dining in would never know. This raises serious concerns about their food safety and quality control.

Order was fifty minutes late. when I went in they said they were out of rice, chicken steak and sofritas. The workers were screaming and looked absolutely confused. Food was cold and disgusting, fatty chunks of greasy steak, hard rice, and flat coke from a pop machine with no ice. I don't know why they were even open. I did call the customer complaint line and got a refund so that was good, but man what a disaster

The reviews say it all. My last 3 visits have been terrible. This is clearly a management issue (lack thereof). Always out of half of their staple ingredients, only 1 employee running the expo/checkout while others aimlessly wander behind the counter, and this is my 3rd time having to choke down crunchy hard rice and a warm drink (no ice). At this moment, customers and food delivery drivers are being turned away because they literally have no food to serve (11/12/25) 5:30pm. It's a wild thing to see.

I visited this Chipotle around 7 PM, and the experience was honestly awful from start to finish. They were completely out of beans, fajita peppers, and even ice, which already limited what we could order. Both of us got burritos, and the portions were embarrassingly small. The amount of rice given was maybe a few spoonfuls, and when we politely asked for an extra scoop, they said it would cost extra — something I’ve never been charged for at any other Chipotle. The steak portion was even worse. We asked (and paid) for double steak, but the server gave what looked like a single scoop at best, and we actually watched them take pieces out of the spoon before putting it on the burrito. It genuinely felt like they were rationing food out of their own paycheck. When it came to toppings, we asked for just a little sour cream and got way more than we did rice — completely drowning the burrito. To make things worse, the worker couldn’t even roll the burrito properly, even though it was a normal size. Overall, this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Between missing ingredients, tiny portions, and careless service, it felt like no one there cared about the quality or the customer. Definitely not worth the price.

This Chipotle at the Stadium is one of the most disappointing locations I’ve ever been to. Every time I come in, they’re out of something—whether it’s chicken, steak, rice, or even basic toppings. It’s ridiculous for a place that’s supposed to be known for fresh food. The service is just as bad—employees move slow, act like they don’t care, and the line is always backed up even when the place isn’t busy. Management clearly doesn’t have it together. If you’re craving Chipotle, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location.
