However, the prices and portions are just ridiculous. Its incredibly frustrating to complain about because prices will never go down for anything no matter how much consumers complain, so I will just state that chipotle is no longer worth going to post-covid.

They failed to have a returning customer. It cost too much to have little to no protein on the tacos. Would have gave them a 1 or 2 stars had they not let us try the beef before we committed. I almost changed my mind and didn’t purchase the food but didn’t want to be rude and make them waste what little food that they gave me. I will not be returning to this place.

I only get rice and black beans, so not at all worth $9. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. The girl that checked us out was extremely rude too. Way too small for the amount of customers it gets.

Out of chips, out of guacamole out of enough employees, can only take card. Orders never timely, even with a grace period given. Its impossible to grab Doordash orders. The place is always short-staffed, portions are stingy, and there's constant staff turnover. They also constantly post abrupt paper notices on their doors about payment issues or only accepting online orders; I've wasted so much time driving there only to leave immediately afterwards. My final straw was their bowl leaked everywhere, soaking through the bag, messing up my car interior, and spilling out onto the pavement. After these consistently poor experiences, I'll be avoiding this location and honestly cutting down on Chipotle altogether. There are way better options in town -don't waste your time or money.
