I come here pretty regularly and it is without a doubt the worst Chipotle I have been to in my entire life.
I just got a bowl and I can see the bottom of the bowl. You’d think they’re rationing food around here. Went this afternoon and they ran out of everything but Steak. They barely had enough steak to fill the palm of someone’s hand.
Clearly very poorly run - constant run outs, and atrocious portion sizes. The store is a complete mess as well.
If you have a car, just go to a different Chipotle.
The State Street Chipotle is an insult to the Chipotle brand and franchise.

I was warned that I’d have to wait for the chips to be made and then waited 30 minutes. After 15, I asked the guy when the chips would be ready and he just said “I don’t know” without even looking at me.

Firstly, I want to say the food IN MY OPINION be good. I never had a bad experience with my food here however the service is actually very terrible. They do not give you the right portion size at all. They give you VERY little. I swear one time I asked the Asian guy to give me more steak please and he added TWO pieces of steak onto the spoon and put it in my bowl. Then what kills me is they have the nerve to catch an attitude when you ask them nicely to do their job. They also need to do a better job with the cleaning of the place. When you get your food the station be dirty… Also another big issue is they RUN OUT of items way before they even close. Like today, they ran out of 3 or 4 different kinds of meat and it was only 7:00… Mind you, they close at 11. That is absolutely ridiculous. They need to find a better way to run their establishment because this isnt it.

This location has been consistently terrible for the last two years, and today they decided to do a massive catering order in the middle of dinner rush, holding up the entire line for 15 minutes.
There’s always trash everywhere, napkins are always empty, drink machine is always out, they’re always out of ingredients, mobile orders are never ready on time, etc.
