    Finally tried the Ann Arbor location. Waited until the hype died down, it wasn't busy when I stopped by. I ordered via the app, went inside and waited. They have a monitor with your orders status, which was helpful. There's no drive-thru at this location. The parking can be challenging when the place gets busy. They only have 2 cashier station, their kitchen is completed walled in, thus you can't see the staff preparing your food. Bring lots of patience, especially if you are trying to make a left turn while exiting this place... that's going to be a challenge in itself :)

    Absolutely don’t do Doordash’s here, waited 30 minutes and still no order, 15 minutes of that it said it was ready, this is unprofessional, if it’s not ready don’t say it is, I understand your understaffed and got mad management, but I heard chick fil A was a brand held to a high standard, I’m not seeing that here.

    While the food here is Chick-fil-A quality, the service is not. Although everyone is friendly, there are extremely long wait times to get your food (no matter which method you use for getting your order). Moreover, there are times when I am in the store and I can see my order ready in the carry out section. However, there is no one there manning that section and it is blocked off so the customer cannot pick it up themselves, causing further delays. Additionally, often times when I do get my order, it is incorrect or missing key items (e.g., straws, dressing for salads, sauces) that always seem to take a while to rectify. This Chick-fil-A really needs to work on creating efficient systems to alleviate wait times. Whether it's relocating commonly forgotten items closer to the counter area, changing the flow of the assembly lines for orders, or even having extra hands at the carryout/doordash counter, some type of change is needed. There was one day where they had someone manning the carryout section of the restaurant and things moved a lot faster. On this day, I was asked to complete a survey about wait times and service, which I was happy to report the fast service that day. However, it seems that that was not a permanent decision and the long wait times returned. I love Chick-fil-A, but the slow service and inefficiency heavily impact my decision to eat here.

    I wish there was a category for accuracy, as that is what my biggest concern is here. It's painfully obvious their staff just don't care. Ask for no pickles, you'll get pickles. Ask for no ice, you get ice. Ask for 1/2 sweet & 1/2 unsweet tea and you'll get lemonade with iced tea. Ask for honey mustard, and you'll get CFA sauce. Ask for a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and you'll get a cup. These are *all* experiences that I have personally had and have had at least two calls with the owner about it. She always apologizes profusely and wants to placate with free food, but the problem itself is never addressed. If you pick up something in your car or worse - doordash - don't expect to get exactly what you ordered. I think the only way to guarantee accuracy would be by dining in and that's only because you could go back to the counter for them to fix whatever they've messed up. Oh, I've also been banned from the "Chick Fil A Ann Arbor" facebook page for posting about inaccuracies there. So yeah. You've been warned.

    The food is consistently super slow & they’re frequently missing sauces or giving the wrong sized drink. I usually do curbside & if it’s less than a 20 minute wait I’m surprised. What’s the point of telling me (via the app) that you’re starting the order before I even get there if you’re not. My partner is from the south & turned me on to chik-fil-a. Genuinely, it seems like a staffing and/or management issue. I work in QSR industry & there’s no way we would tolerate such consistent slow service. It’s one thing for opening week, but over a month out you need to do the hard thing & that’s increase Labor expenses.
