  I've been ordering from BTB for several years now. Always prefer cash because that's just how I am and most businesses appreciated it. BTB now will refuse cash, and will not let you order over the phone. Today, I was desperate to place an order online in time to eat lunch in a tight window during work today. Their site isn't working. Tried my phone, can't add to cart. Tried on my computer, can't add to cart. Called, they wouldn't let me place an order, very nice guys.... Now I have no time to get food, and I'm going to have to skip lunch today because of the stupid deal you have with your website provider (Toast was way better btw). On top of that, prices have risen, not surprised, but the fees on the website have also gone up (absolute bs). Additionally, the quality of their ingredients have gone down, so at this point I'm over this place. Have fun loosing customers over "convenience."

  Da ordered ts at 2am and they didn’t have to put any effort in but somehow this is the greatest burrito i’ve ever consumed. I love you guys

  Burrito was disgusting. All rice no meat. This was my first and last visit.
