  Food was alright, but the service is TERRIBLE. As is the dirty tables. There was a lady with a visor on and she didn't even look at people when she would bring out the food. Just put it down and quickly/quietly say you're all set, then rush off. One lady, in front of us was ignored for over 15 minutes while people walked back and forth. The tables were so dirty our bag stuck to it. Whoever was in charge today really dropped the ball.

  Update: my other accounts spam is full so if corporate could please contact this email in regard to escalating my complaint please and thank you. Visited this Taco Bell on 2/14/26 around 11:30 for some black bean tacos ECT. After returning home and eating part of my taco, I discovered multiple short hairs and what appeared to be dental floss inside the food in my mouth. I immediately became nauseous and vomited. I contacted the store and was asked to come in. During the interaction, the manager suggested the hair looked like beard hair and looked toward my chin while saying it, which I found unprofessional. My symptoms worsened afterward and I experienced repeated vomiting, eventually going to the ER out of concern as I was vomiting the drive there and followed by police just in case I needed more help as at the time it wouldn't stop. I received a refund, but I am posting this so corporate can review food handling and staff conduct at this location. The managers on duties name was Nick and I have a recording I'd like to share if this interaction and I'm willing to send that to all parties involved when I am contacted via this email preferably.

  After returning home and eating about halfway through my first taco, I noticed foreign debris inside the food. I pulled multiple short, curly hairs and what appeared to be a piece of dental floss from my mouth. Immediately afterward, I became nauseous and vomited twice. I began shaking and sweating heavily. In the moment I believed I had taken photos but later realized I had not. I called the store and was told by the manager to come in and that he would be waiting for me. When I arrived, I informed the front counter that I was there to speak with the manager. A bald employee with a silver earring approached and asked if he could assist. I stated I was there to speak with the manager on duty. When the manager came forward, I calmly explained the situation. During the conversation, the manager suggested the hair looked like beard hair and looked toward my chin while making the comment. I found that unprofessional and inappropriate. I requested corporate contact information and was not provided with it. I experienced vomiting shortly after consuming the food and was physically shaken by the incident. I am requesting corporate review of both the food safety issue and the in-store conduct. I did record this interaction and will have copies made for all parties involved.

  They were pretty busy. There were probably 8 cars in front of me while I was waiting to pick up my online order. After about 10 minutes or so I got to the front and the worker apologized for the wait. Told him I didn't need an apology as I know it hurts busy during lunch but it was much appreciated. Food was great and fresh
