Rebecca was incredibly rude on the phone when we called with our issue "All sandwiches were toasted" even though 1 was definitely not toasted. Instead of offering a resolution she argued with my assistant manager and put the blame on us. Her response was" my manager is out of town and I can't do anything for you" This is ridiculous!
- BEBrock EdwardSep 27, 20251.0Horrible customer service, made sandwiches incorrectly on an online order, simply called no anger because it’s not a big deal but make it right, I know things happen and own up to your mess up instead of arguing with the customer, and then continues to say sir I don’t know what to tell you I know I made them right, as I’m reading the receipt, my manager is not here and out of town so I can’t help you, you can start Rebecca by taking my name and phone number and having the manager contact me. Instead of arguing with me over the phone. We order once a month from this location and will no longer be doing so we will take our company’s business to another location!
- SSSAug 21, 20251.0Constantly waiting 10+ minutes just to get a single sandwich made. The employees rather flap their jaws more instead of making orders. Even when it's busy there's always someone standing around doing nothing. The service has gone way down lately. Also I've been seeing most of the employees handle the food, including making sandwiches, without actually washing their hands.
