I had only stopped in to use the restroom, but from my brief visit I was satisfied. The customers within the building were all in good moods, the space and restrooms were clean. The building smelled amazing and the staff were polite and attentive to the customers I witnessed them helping.

Almost always going to serve the sloppiest burger that is hardly even on the bun, and will ignore any special requests made 80% of the time.

It was an average McDonald's experience as far as most things go. It was monopoly game time and one of our hashbrowns was completely missing a game piece like the sticker placeholder was just not there probably due to manufacturer error. When I brought it up I was treated with suspicion and no apology was offered which is standard customer service even for a minor inconvenience such as this. Really put me off to be treated as though I was running some sort of scam. This particular location is struggling with staffing over the last few years and that is reflected in the service or the treatment of customers sometimes. I still support them and will return, but there is room for improvement.

Your young guy manager has a rage problem. I misheard him and he tried to death stare me before berating me for mishearing him. Tell him to calm down it is not that serious.
