  Went through the drive though they completely forgot our nuggets, pulled back around for those, and I should of checked the sandwiches because the hamburger that we ordered has 2 slices of cheese on it and the person in the car who ordered it has a dairy allergy. We were the only ones in the drive through and I didnt see anyone in the lobby so they were not busy enough to justify these mistakes.

  Refused to provide “free fries and free frosty” on April 7th. My grandkids waited all day for their dad to get home so they could go. The manager said they were too late. He ended the deal at 5pm. Nothing said there was a time limit including Alma’s own Google listing. Way to go Alma, MI. I called and talked to the manager. He made excuses, but did not offer to make it right.

  unbelievably slow service and they are constantly out of common food items and even cup sizes.

  Be specific when you ask for ketchup and packets or napkins. When you order six meals and ask for ketchup and napkins and get three packs of ketchup and two napkins, someone needs to pay more attention.

  Wendy's was a solid experience. The food was decent and I have no complaints. Everything was cooked fresh, which was definitely a plus. Overall, a reliable spot for a quick, freshly made meal.
