  I've visited several times. The food and service are generally passable. Today I put in an online order for 3 subs at 12:15pm. I arrived in store at 12:25pm. I waited in line, and the staff said my order wasn't ready yet. Admittedly they were busy, so I waited. Several people came in after me, ordered, got their orders, and left. I was still waiting at 12:45, so I asked again about my order. The staff looked at me strangely and asked for my name again. I gave it, and they said they were just starting on my order. A little after 1pm they handed me my order of 3 simple sandwiches with an unenthusiastic "sorry bout that". Some of the other customers were also waiting 35+ minutes for their orders. The sandwiches were sloppy/ had poor ingredient disbursement. I had to dissect mine and put it back together. I've worked in the food service industry, so I know how stressful it can be, but clearly there is something wrong when my order gets forgotten, and I have to ask multiple times for it to be made. There were bits of food and visible dirt on the floor, and all the tables/booths were dirty and sticky.

  Absolutely worst experience at a Jimmy John's anywhere. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. After paying. They were slammed but they should have said that. I paid in advance and had to wait forever. No excuses on their part. Worst part is we were traveling and this put us way behind schedule.

  We came through around 9:20-9:30pm, husband's sandwich was missing pickles & oregano/basil, I asked for extra lettuce, extra croutons, and extra sauce, there was extra sauce but light lettuce and croutons which made for a small and overly saucy sandwich, also was poorly wrapped and not cut in half. We ordered online and still waited 7-10 min for our sandwiches which I would be fine with if they were made right, very disappointing $25 dinner, when there's a good crew this place makes amazing sandwiches but if the wrong person is working this is what you get

  Our sandwiches were delicious. Of course so were the pickles. All the staff was friendly and down to earth.

  Not so much a review of the staff but of Jimmy John's as an entity. Maybe don't be so stingy with the fillings. I asked for double meat in my sandwich and literally thought I was given an empty sub roll. I prefer the taste of JJ over subway but I get way more at subway for the price
