Our sandwiches were delicious. Of course so were the pickles. All the staff was friendly and down to earth.

Not so much a review of the staff but of Jimmy John's as an entity. Maybe don't be so stingy with the fillings. I asked for double meat in my sandwich and literally thought I was given an empty sub roll. I prefer the taste of JJ over subway but I get way more at subway for the price

This location is awful. I come through alma every 6 months to bring my mom to her appointments.
6 months ago the staff was full, overworked and friendly. I loved the (manager?) This visit i didnt see them, or the smiles of happy customers/workers

The service is always horrible here! I sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes and drive to the window to wait another 5 before greeted.. this happens literally every time.
