  Take the extra ten minutes to make the drive to Jenison or Standale and service, food quality, etc will be twice as good I swear

  Super inconsistent quality at this location. Sometimes it's good, sometimes bad, usually just OK. One thing I do know is that they LOAD every item with chipotle sauce to the point where it's almost inedible. Oh and now apparently Baja Blast Zero is gone. Great.

  i placed an online order and my boyfriend picked it up and clearly they just made the wrong menu item which is a genuine mistake because they seem similar but they are clearly different and they have key ingredients in them and the reason I ordered the one I did is because I have allergies to the other one and my boyfriend went back and we were very nice about this only need to be given the exact same thing when it was remade, and my boyfriend showed them pictures of what it was supposed to be in the young man who was talking to my boyfriend angrily through the remade order into the trash and this had to be remade three times because they wouldn’t listen to us incredibly rude probably a management issue will never go back again

  Staff was extremely rude around 10pm and did not care about allergy mentioned, do not recommend.
