When I asked for a side of cheese to resolve the issue, the manager was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, my friend overheard staff mocking me as she entered the store. The food I eventually received was cold, poorly wrapped, and inedible. I ultimately had to go to my local Taco Bell, where the staff kindly remade my order for free after hearing how I was treated. He was patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great suggestions without feeling rushed or robotic. You can tell immediately when someone takes pride in their work, and Jaiden absolutely does. The order was 100% accurate, fresh, and clearly made with care. On top of that, Jaiden went out of his way to make sure everything was right before I left—something that’s surprisingly rare these days.
