  Let me start by saying, nothing is perfect. But dang! The crew at this store today is trying their hardest to make it so!! The crew at the store today (Oct. 26, 2025) did everything right. They made our subs to our standard. The food was fresh, and it all tasts great. Thanks very much ❤️ We walked in and they were helping customers ahead of us, but greeted us as they worked and made sure to know we'd be helped very soon. We waited and listened to good tunes in the air and were thanked for our patience, even though it was only a moment. The owner was there as part of the crew, working diligently to fulfill orders. Apparently the Spicy Italian is popular today lol All that to say, this manager and her crew are doing excellent and I will be returning again and again. No im not paid to say this, I just believe in shining the spot light on those who deserve it. Peace and Blessings. ✌️ Check out these subs! SUPER TASTY!! The nachos cheese sauce really adds the yummy

  DO NOT EAT HERE. Extremely disrespectful and rude employees. Go literally anywhere else. I put in a mobile order while sitting in the parking lot, then got in line about 10 minutes later and told them why I was there. I was told 5-10 minutes max to get my food. I watched them start it then every time someone walked in set it aside and help the other people. I don't mind other people getting their food, but I'm on lunch at work and need to get back. After 15 minutes I asked why I kept getting pushed to the back of the line. I was told because my food was a mobile order and pickup time was stated when I ordered so in person customers take priority. I said "I am a customer and I am here in person" to which I was told "if you don't like it I'll void your order. Your pickup time is in 2 minutes" and I said "I've already waited 15 minutes might as well wait some more". Turns out my food got set aside entirely after that because an employee was working while sick and, since he started making it then walked off, I'd have to wait for him to come finish it. I don't want someone who is sick handling my food so at that point I was ready to leave anyway. The male employee came out of the bathroom asking "who's out here talking sideways" and got really close to me like he was going to intimidate me, and I said "noone is talking sideways I want to know why I am less priority than any other customer" and the female said "you don't talk to my son like that, I'm going to void your order and you can leave" then was threatened with the police when I asked for my void order receipt to prove they did void the order because I don't trust that they were going to otherwise. If I could give less stars I would. In total I spent 30 minutes and didn't even receive my food then was told never to come back. No problems there I don't need someone who is vomiting and having diarrhea making my food. I have had other bad interactions with employees at this location in the past and thought to give another chance. I should not have.
