  I placed an order on the app for dinner. We drove from West Olive, MI to Allendale, MI to pick up the order. When we arrived the person at the window said that they ran out of roast beef, this was about 6:30 pm. She was embarrassed and apologized as she couldn’t reimburse our card, it had to be a manager which no manager was working at that time. I called the next morning to make sure the credit was put through and the manager said he thought his boss would have to do it. No apologies at all. I called the next morning to make sure it was done and the same manager said “I believe my assistant took care of it”. Hopefully by Monday it will be processed. Not impressed at all.

  This is a good location. Always hot and fresh. DJ took our order and he was an extremely polite, great young man. Thank you

  The employees at the Allendale Arby’s were extremely rude and complaining that we were taking too long to order, even though the only reason it took so long was because the website is not updated and they were not patient from the get-go. I am extremely disappointed in the service we received today. 02-19-21 at 7:20 PM. The people working at this time, other than one women who gave us our food, were not up to par and I would not come back. Edit: they also got my order wrong. This is ridiculous. Will be talking about this with peers.
