  I placed an order on the app for dinner. We drove from West Olive, MI to Allendale, MI to pick up the order. When we arrived the person at the window said that they ran out of roast beef, this was about 6:30 pm. She was embarrassed and apologized as she couldn’t reimburse our card, it had to be a manager which no manager was working at that time. I called the next morning to make sure the credit was put through and the manager said he thought his boss would have to do it. No apologies at all. I called the next morning to make sure it was done and the same manager said “I believe my assistant took care of it”. Hopefully by Monday it will be processed. Not impressed at all.

  This is a good location. Always hot and fresh. DJ took our order and he was an extremely polite, great young man. Thank you

  One of the best I have been at, the roast beef sandwich is how Arby's used to make them.

  Chicken bacon Swiss is made with tenders now instead of the breast patty?! Called, someone picked up the phone then hung up. Then no answer on the call backs.. no sauce for nuggets or roast beef (3rd time at this location)
