  Waited in line for 15 min when we finally got to the window and wait about 5 more minutes (on window time is crazy btw) for 2 box meals and looking into the window 3 people standing around not doing anything while we wait to get food JUST FOR IT TO BE STALE LOL.   I wish I could give this place a zero stars. It’s that bad. I waited 45 minutes 30 minutes of that was my lunch on my break I work nearby so it’s convenient so I thought I’ve been here twice since this has happened both times. Needless to say I didn’t get my lunch this time I had to Leave my boyfriend there to collect the food because I had to go back to work. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Everybody’s on their phones, but one person does all of the work. There’s four people in there including the two of us and a man doing DoorDash, who had already waited over an hour. I’ll never come here again so disappointed.

  Me and my fiancé went to this location yesterday and it was god awful. First off us and about five others were waiting in the lobby NO acknowledgement what so ever took them 15 minutes to get us our drinks and the real chaos happened they’re systems went down plus the fryers and instead of solving the problem the manager sat in a corner and laughed and giggled on her cell phone… they definitely need to rethink they’re management at that place. Never will I ever go there again they also were funny about returning our money back to us if they couldn’t complete our order.

  They close 40 minutes early. Don’t bother coming here. I placed a mobile order, and drove all the way there, the drive thru told me they were closed. A giant waste of gas.

  I've spent many years in fast food management and Justin is absolutely awful at gis job. We eat at taco bell roughly 5 times a month and the past two visits were awful. Last Thursday our office's mobile order was all screwed up and today I finally called back today since nobody was answering the phone that night. Justin told me to come in and have my order remade and then upon coming in he now tells me there is nothing he can do about that same order since I had to complain online.
