  Worst Jimmy John’s location to go to. I ordered a tuna club sandwich for pickup & got a sandwich with no tuna. Called to get a refund and the employee couldn’t care less. The worst thing about it is when I went in to get my order there was no other orders, no other customers, but yet the two employees are just standing there talking but I paid for a sandwich that didn’t even have the main ingredient. What a shame. Thanks for the response, but the experience was much more frustrating than that. I had to call first, then return to the store with my order details, the app order number, and a photo because the issue still wasn’t resolved. After waiting and being offered a sandwich instead of my refund, I was finally refunded through a personal Cash App, which was not handled professionally. I won’t be returning to this location

  Stores been open for 20 minutes. I walk in and was told they are taking online orders only due to short staffed. I thought about placing an online Order but changed my mind and left

  So this location is absolutely discriminating against people that don’t tip, first off I’m not tipping for a 20 dollar sandwich that I’m walking out with, no one had to wait on me the makers didn’t have to move more then 2 feet to make the sandwich and their doing nothing outside of what their already getting paid to do. Upon voiding out the tip thing and walking to the other side of the counter to wait for my sandwich I could see the smug look on the ladies face and over hear her talking shit to the other employee about making the sandwich, they 100% without a doubt made it with hard day old bread, skimped me out on all of the dressings, the inners were hanging most of the way out of the sandwich when I opened it, no bag, no napkins, no inquiries if I even wanted one, other locations I go to always put it in the bag with napkins, the lady maintained the smugness the entire time, first and last time I’ll ever order from this Jimmy John’s again. It’s sad the way some Jimmy John’s have completely fallen off over tip culture and it’s definitely discrimination, do better people you’re getting paid to make a sandwich not wait on people in any capacity, if you’re incapable of getting a higher paying job then that’s your problem not the customers.

  Spent $11 on a turkey tom with 3 slices of turkey. A few of my bites was all veggies and a thin slice of turkey. Definitely not worth it. I can make my own at home. Won’t be coming back.

  The worse customer service ever I went into the store and I was told 40 minutes before closing that they were closing so when I called back and asked for a manager‘s name, then whoever picked up the phone wanted to a lie and say that they were running out of food and we’re preparing to close that is why they told people that they were closed when I continued to ask for a manager‘s name this person would not give it to me so I will go as far as extent to find the franchise manager and the general manager‘s name
