  I ordered donuts for delivery for my staff. These show and it’s not what I ordered. There is also a HAIR inside my box. When I call to make a complaint. I get told that they just did have the donuts I ordered and they would not do anything to help me. Terrible. If I ran my business this way I would be fired.

  Quise hacer una orden de 30 docenas y no la quisieron hacerlas solo me decían que la hiciera en linea pero en linea no me deja pedir mas de 10 ordenes y el encargado muy grosero y muy mal servicio

  Why did i wait 10 mins in the drive thru for an iced coffee being the only person here. Do you guys not make iced coffee on the regular? Ridiculous. And to put the cherry on top, the coffee was absolutely disgusting

  Stopped by for a dozen doughnuts. They have the seasonal flavors out now for fall. So we got a dozen mixed doughnuts. Also bought a dozen regular glazed for our neighbors because they love those. The doughnuts are subpar. They have little filling inside of them compared to years back when they used to be so much better. They weren't even making any fresh hot glazed which is thier trademarked item. It was a very disappointing stop and we will not be back. You certainly don't get what you pay for with thier exorbitant prices. They have gone down in quality and they employee who waited on us looked and acted like we were ruining her day by walking into her place of employment. She actually had to get up and wait on someone as it was really dead inside the shop. We were the only people in there. Now the drive - thru was busy and that girl was nice. She greeted us when we came in but had to wait about 5 minutes for the other employee to arrive and take our order with quite an attitude! When we got our 2 dozen she rang us up told us our total we paid and she walked away. No Thank-you no have a nice day no bag! I had to ask for a bag for 2 2 dozen doughnuts! You have bags give me bag! We will not be back as this was a very disappointing visit from the employee to the food we ordered! As you an see in the photos they are smaller and the filling is very cheap!

  I hate that I have to change my rating, and now find a new doughnut establishment. I have been taking my kids to this Krispy Kreme location for the last 8 weeks. Only on 2 occasions has the inside been open. Every week it's a new excuse.. Either they have a problem with the bathroom plumbing, manager isn't on staff, and today I was told the lobby isn't open until 8pm due to COVID.... Covid was 5 years ago... The door says the lobby opens at 6am, and my kids and I have been there before 8pm every week, and a couple times the lobby has been open. What is going on. Is this a situation where depending what manager is on staff, depends if they want to open the lobby? Today, lobby closed (this means we purchase less as we can't see the choices). I went through the drive thru and ordered only 2 doughnuts... The red fresh light was on. When I get to the window to pay for my kids doughnuts (3 of us inside the car), I asked for a free glazed for the 3 of us since the light was on and was told I could only have 1.... SINCE WHEN!!! I asked about the lobby, and was told due to Covid it doesn't open until 8am. I asked them to scan my barcode on my phone to collect my points, and was told that they won't do that, instead I can use the receipt and put it in myself. I'll be honest, whoever is running this location, they need to be replaced. This is absolutely POOR customer service. What has happened to this location?
