When I arrived at 8:30 PM, the doors were already closed, even though the posted dine-in hours state they are open until 10:00 PM. If the lobby is closing early, the hours should be updated accordingly so customers aren’t misled. Consistency and accurate hours matter. I hope management addresses this issue.

I was able to pick out three dozen donuts and have them packed in a quarter of the time it took to make those drinks. We received our drinks and they felt very pretty empty. They were both filled halfway then topped with whip cream to hide the fact they weren't filled. The manager made more and filled the cup a bit more but it still lacked. I paid $72.12 for my order. (Which is ridiculous for donuts). I expect to get my money's worth.
