  This is the second time when I've ordered from you guys through doordash that you guys decide not to call me to let me pick out a donut when the ones I've ordered you don't have so you just randomly send me ones that I might not want. That is very unprofessional as I know you guys have access to call us when a doordash order comes in

  During my recent visits, I have observed a significant reduction in the cream filling of the donuts I ordered. It appears as though the donuts are predominantly filled with air rather than the expected cream. I recommend that this issue be addressed promptly to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

  Tried to go on a Saturday morning using the drive thru. Pulled up to the window and they were struggling to take our order of half a dozen donuts and two coffees, but eventually got it correct. We waited about 10-15 minutes in the drive thru for only two cars in front of us. Eventually, when we got to the window, they asked us to confirm our order, and just then started making it, not in the 10-15 minutes we had already been waiting. Then, they got one of the coffee orders wrong and made it iced instead of hot, even after confirming the order twice before making it. Why even take our order at the start of the drive thru if you don’t start fulfilling orders until the customer is at the window? What is taking so long when you don’t even serve hot meals, just pre-made donuts? Both coffees were absolutely terrible, definitely don’t make that mistake. The donuts were okay. Also, their AI bot likes to tell people on bad reviews to go to their corporate contact form, but clearly that isn’t working because they’ve gotten many bad reviews and still operate like this, so obviously your corporate feedback form is not effective in changing anything.
