  This location is by far the worse of all the Chipotle’s I’ve been to. I walked in around 10:17pm, I was the first customer to approach the front, as I walked in I noticed a male worker, walk from behind the counter in the direction to the restroom, he’s leaning in, with the door open, speaking to whoever is inside, a few minutes past and he goes completely inside the restroom. By this time, other customers walk in. An older worker comes from the back and grab a cup and lid and proceeded to go back into the back. 10minutes later, and still NO SERVICE or is any worker to be found. Again, the back worker, comes from behind, pacing, and that’s when my patience ran completely out, I said to him, “sir, can you please go get someone who can serve us, this is so unprofessional!”, and in the midst of me saying that, a female and male worker, walks out of the SAME bathroom, in total puzzlement that WE CUSTOMERS are standing there waiting to be served. She approaches behind the counter and proceeds to say “how can I help you, and what seems to be the issue?” I responded “we have been waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to serve us, and how wrong this experience was!” She goes on in defense mode, and insults me even further with “would you like to do my job, I can get you a job application!” I was in total disbelief considering, I’m the customer and she and her boyfriend coworker were in the complete wrong! I told her to carry on with my food and to stop talking to me, she continued to talk. I will NEVER come back to this location, the whole store needs to be revamped. Got these disrespectful Gen Z employees, running these businesses into the dirt.

  This store is a joke i ordered my food from here through DoorDash two days in a row and they sent me the wrong order both days. I asked For a replacement order and they sent me again another that wasn’t mine. This wasn’t a door dash issue, this is the careless staff who dosent read to ensure the correct orders are being processed and pushed out. I have Never had this issue and everyone who is working needs to be reprimanded.

  Today I visited this location for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The way the manager, Stephanie, spoke to and treated her staff was unacceptable. She repeatedly cut them off while they were speaking, rolled her eyes, and jumped in front of them while they were preparing food. It created an uncomfortable environment and did not reflect professionalism or respect.There was a young teenage employee who appeared very frustrated, but he still tried his best to keep his composure. I hope the district manager sees this review, as I have also contacted corporate about the situation. No employee should have to work in an environment where they are treated that way in front of customers. In addition, the location was out of fajita vegetables, and the rice was overcooked—starchy, mushy, and not fluffy. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of both service and food quality. I truly hope improvements are made for the sake of the staff and future customers.

  This is a really bad experience, I went in I asked for a bowl and then I asked for fried rice on my bowl and she said which one like there was multiple. The place is so dirty from the inside and they didn’t have any utensils and and my bowl was not clean and it had sauce all over it. I saw people cleaning their table cause of how dirty it was. The soda machine was filled with ice and I couldn’t fill up my cup because there was no soda. The kitchen you can see it from the inside and it’s unsanitary. The girl serving doesn’t even know the ingredientsi front of her and it looked like it was not her day.

  Has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants I have been into. The dinner area was absolutely disgusting. They did not have one clean table in the entire place. The beverage area looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. They were putting freshly cooked meat in dirty pans. The back area was filled with dirty dishes all over the place. The entire place looked like it never gets cleaned They just keep reusing the same dirty pans over and over. Will never go back here. DISGUSTING
