    My first time ordering online, which was 2 weeks ago, I ordered a burrito with chicken,rice,beans, and queso. I was suprised when I found only rice and beans in my burrito. I go to order online today to see if the service changes and I ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, queso, and guacamole. When I opened the lid of the bowl, there was noting in the bowl except chicken and guacamole. There was no rice no beans no queso and no lettuce. Very disappointing because it was the only meal I had the whole week and it was ruined. Very bad

    Went for lunch. Food was great, service was even better. However, the booth was very dirty. My friend and I cleaned our own both before we could sit to eat. There was food all over the seat, and table and the trash bin near the drink area was full of trash as well. Besides that, I have to say we were very pleased and happy enough to tip based on the customer service we received when ordering food.

    I just went to pick up my online order and it was completely wrong. They had a sign out in the front that said only online orders and had the door locked. It took a minute for both me and another customer to find out there was another door that was unlocked. Mind you it is cold outside so more information on the sign for the front door would have been great. My order was completely wrong and when you pick up an online order you don’t know what you get until you get home and eat your food. If you are only going to do online orders, then do it right.

    Food tasted good but was cold, even though I ordered at the counter and was eating it 60 seconds after it was made. There was no ice in the ice machine. The soda coming out of the machine was warm. The service was awful. I couldn't understand the young man working the line because he wasn't speaking clearly or loudly. Over half of the tables were dirty. Nothing was cleaned for the 10 minutes I sat and ate inside the restaurant. I don't think I'll be back. Shame because I've been to several other locations that were nice.

    This is the filthiest Chipotle I have ever stepped foot in. The entire restaurant is disgusting from kitchen to door. The food is always sloppily kept and nastily prepared. And ALWAYS COLD. They have so many staff yet no one knows how to keep a kitchen in humane condition. I don’t understand how the health department hasn’t come down on this place yet. I would rather drive the half hour away to woodhaven to get Chipotle on Allen than eat this garbage in my own neighborhood. I am baffled and appalled that no matter how many times I return, at which hour, or who is in the back- this place is ATROCIOUS. Do not feed this trash to your family. Do not even buy this as a sympathy meal for a unhoused dog.
