    The drive thru was very nice, but I asked for fish no cheese. Not only did I get cheese, it was old dark orange cheese. The fish was cold and not fresh at all. It always happens when you're very hungry. 😕

    Place a online order tonight. When I get to the window they handed me a order slip with my name on and had me pull up from the window with no drinks. Never asked if I wanted any sauce or anything. I had (3) of meat with 3 boxes and kids meal. Me thinking im going have hot food. I WAITED FOR ALMOST 7 minutes to get my food and drinks. Which was wrong One of my order was missing item in one of the meat and 3 sides boxes and the chocolate milk for my daughter's meal I had to pull off and drive around the block to get my missing items and drink. I get home everything is cold fried, mozzarella sticks and sandwiches are cold in all 3 meals. I called the store 3 times to get a rude manager tell me he won't replace and good luck.. Really should not have to drive back around the block to get your missing items because you dont have all of your order when you pull off and if I have to pulled down and wait my food better be hot when I get it when I pull off onto Southfield. I use to work in fast food I know what food looks like when it has been sitting too long in the warmer and this clearly how it looks old chicken patty old bad tomatoes
