This was my first impression of this place. I waited 35 minutes just for them to not have the drink I wanted. Tried a shake, it tasted like milk and sugar free syrup with ice blended. My husbands Rocky rd shake was even worse. More than likely, won’t be back.

Stopped in to grab a gift card for stocking stuffer, was met at door and was taken care quite quickly, DISPITE this place having 3 drive thru lines and people at windows! They are VERY Nice and VERY WELL Organized! Runs like Chik-fil-a, Busy as Hell but fast and efficient!
- CSChasim SystemJan 3, 20263.0So they definitely have some things to REALLY work on i love how its the only place in thee area I can have eith my severe dietary restrictions/allergies But if you don't have a car you can't get their drinks which is BS, cuz they are in a low income area not everyone has a car atleast be willing to do Uber eats or door dash which they don't or do pick ups please- They're lines take A REALLY LONG TIME like 30-45mins to sometimes its not even worth it They dont have a inside or a parking lot to help with the line they didn't set up the area around it to hold the huge lines They are luckily really cheap like they're more customizable than Starbucks and cheaper The menus aren't next to the people when they ask for your order!???? How does that make any sense??? How am I supposed to know what i want especially when they just opened??

I believe that was so unprofessional in her case, and in the moment I truly was offended, and flabbergasted that I couldn’t speak for myself and cause any issues however in no way is that okay to talk to customers who ARE paying for their orders. The drink was good but service was not. You need to teach your workers basic human decency.
