  Theresa M. Was amazing. She had one of the best attitudes I've came across in a long time and made my visit great. She definitely has the management qualifications that makes a company excel with its customers expectations on how people should be treated.   Arby's always been a great place to go I love the roast beef my son is 40 years old and I've been getting their sandwiches from them since he was 2 years old. it's always clean in there and the people are nice 👍

  The roast beef is never consistent. One visit it will be shredded and super tender. The next it will be thickly sliced and rubbery.

  Ask for hot fresh fries thy tasted like warm and was dry had to go back for ketchup and salt bcaz the cashier did not put in the bag and the customer service was poor at the drive thru window Please DOBetter you guys will be toast once that chick fil a opens down the road

  I ordered DoorDash from this store. They were out of brisket & when I called to. Inquire about this the manager claimed she was in the back helping make the food. Yet when I asked about why half my order was missing she had no answer for me. My dasher was not notified & she still sent out the order with half of it missing & I wasn’t even contacted with about a possible replacement. As a food service worker this is absolute poor management & I will not be ordering again. My restaurant would never send out half an order that’s still paid for without trying to contact the customer. Absolute worst service.
