  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Moe at 7 Brew Coffee made the whole experience awesome. He was super friendly, quick, and actually took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he really cares about customers and keeps the energy positive. The service was fast, the vibe was great, and my drink came out perfect. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—Moe deserves a raise! --- I've been here many times and this one experience will make me continue to go 😁

  I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this location, especially during the night shift. Unfortunately, the shift lead’s behavior does not reflect the professionalism you would expect from someone in charge. There have been multiple occasions where staff members were openly using inappropriate language and laughing in a way that felt disrespectful toward customers. What makes this even more frustrating is that I go out of my way about a 20-minute drive almosy every day just to get my coffee from here. As a regular customer, I expect at least a basic level of courtesy and respect, but that hasn’t been my experience. Instead, I’ve consistently felt uncomfortable and undervalued. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into improving the environment and staff conduct, especially during night hours

  Okay, I’m not evening kidding- hands down the best coffee. FINALLY a place that offers sugar free in sooooo many options….. (Starbucks would never) The line can be long but they’re so quick(don’t let the line keep you away- theirs a reason theirs a line 😉) Also, the sweetest staff ever, we are regulars here now & get treated so kind from the first visit to the 100th… Give them a try! 💖💖💖

  Stopped by 7 Brew and had a great experience! Cameron took our order and was amazing—super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. You can tell he really cares about customer service. The drinks were delicious and came out quickly. Just a heads up—the line can be unpredictable… sometimes it’s crazy long, other times it moves fast. Either way, it’s worth it. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

  We pulled up to the Allen Park location with 1 minute til closing, the staff were still smiling & very welcoming they allowed us to order, gave us our order in less than 3 minutes, I tipped them a few bucks as a token on our appreciation once the woman told the rest of the crew about the tip they all cheered & thanked us saying we were the best...I replied with "No you guys are the best" for simply allowing us to still be served with just 1 minute til closing...This is by far the best experience from an establishment ever!
